This collar is lined with Scarlet Red Swiss velvet and finished with your choice of solid brass or nickel plated silver hardware. Our Peahen Martingale Collar has a beautiful flowing feathery design. This vibrant brocade features lots of gold thread which majestically shimmers against the vibrant imperial red silk background. We line the collar with Scarlet Red Swiss to add a touch of luxury while softening the inside of the collar. The collar is completed with your choice of solid brass or nickel plated silver hardware. Solid brass gives the collar an opulent finish where as nickel plated silver gives it a contemporary look and feel.

Martingale collars have a unique design which keeps your dog from escaping or backing out of their collar. Your Peahen Martingale Collar will sit loosely around your dogs neck. If and when they pull, the martingale loop will tighten exerting a gentle pressure around their neck. This action doesn’t hurt, meaning our martingale collars are a safe and effective way to manage a dog who slips their collar easily. Essentially, martingales are perfect for walking or training dogs, and can be especially helpful when caring for shy or timed hounds (whose first instincts are to buck their collar when nervous).

This collar is available in two widths; 1.5″ or 2” and in six sizes: Extra-Small, Small, Small/Medium, Medium, Large and Extra-Large.
