Our Omar Martingale Collar features a two tone shade of old gold making it an understated choice for handsome hounds. We line Omar with Fig Swiss velvet. Not only does this compliment the collar, the velvet adds softness and luxury to the overall design. The collar is completed with your choice of solid brass or nickel plated hardware. Solid brass gives the collar an opulent finish where as nickel plated silver gives it a contemporary look and feel.

Martingale collars have a unique design which keeps your dog from escaping or backing out of their collar. Your Omar Martingale Collar will sit loosely around your dogs neck. If and when they pull, the martingale loop will tighten exerting a gentle pressure around their neck. This action doesn’t hurt, meaning our martingale collars are a safe and effective way to manage a dog who slips their collar easily. Essentially, martingales are perfect for walking or training dogs, and can be especially helpful when caring for shy or timed hounds (whose first instincts are to buck their collar when nervous).

This collar is available in two widths; 1.5″ or 2” and six sizes: Extra-Small, Small, Small/Medium, Medium, Large and Extra-Large.

Caring for your brocade collar

If you collar soils, we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning it rather than placing it in a washing machine. Also, please do not tumble dry, leave your collar to air dry instead.
